I am not going to hurry with the most of them as the competitive season here is not on, but 19 yo. df Henri Toivomäki transferring from FC Lahti to Ajax Amsterdam with a 3+2 deal is worth mentioning.

Lahti  to Ajax is the same route used by Bremen´s Petri Pasanen and legendary Jari Litmanen who is these days back at Lahti and naturally has been the connection here as well.
