Two matches, the first one again in arctic conditions and the latter one comfortably indoors.

JJK - AC Oulu at 13.00 CET

VPS - KuPS  at 16.00 CET

The bookies have again put their lottery machines on, mixed last season´s final standings with home advantage and come up with the following conclusions;

VPS - 0,5 @ 2.36, which has been in deep decline since it was published, the line will change to 0,25 sooner or later. Or perhaps it does not and I get to take KuPS + 0,5 with a better price? I have noticed that there are some people who are quite excited about the VPS price and it might work for my favour? Let´s see.

JJK - 0,5 @ 1.71. This was also way higher when first published, bookies still seem to estimate JJK to be a bottom team this season, which is definitely not the case. This line will also change to -0,75 before kick-off.

VPS have lost their backbone since last season in gk Henri Sillanpää and df Jani Lyyski who both transferred to Allsvenskan. They did finally get replacements for the positions, but not only are the new players not as good individually, but they also lack the leadership and organizing skills. VPS defence is in shambles.

KuPS have an excellent new signing in Petri Oravainen who was about to get buried at HJK bench, but with more responsibility he can show his skills, and there are plenty of that. A key player, and forms a good duo with Ilja Venäläinen in offence. I will take KuPS 0,25 later, I do not see them losing this one.

I have taken some JJK already, and will take more at -0,75. Not only are AC Oulu the weakest team in the League, they also are missing players due illness, and have the extended pleasure of sitting in a bus for three hours before the kick-off, which will be taken outdoors at crispy -10 C.
