Veikkausliiga 22.6
VPS without important mf Lähde. They rarely win when he is out. The key however is whether RoPS can pressure the ball from VPS at their own danger zone or not. 1-1.
HJK continue with gk Uusitalo who is a good kid. This time Mensah, Mosa and Obilor benched too. Guess they can afford it anyway. MIFK fired their failure striker Lucky Mkosana back to NY Cosmos. MIFK goal would surprise, but these is far from the hottest HJK attacking-wise. 1,2-0
Ilves and SJK both big underperformers, especially Ilves do not quite deserve their points. Horrible at home. SJK sacked already 2 managers this season and it says all about their form. Important Hetemaj out of SJK and experiments also otherwise trying to find best possible lineup. 1-1.

PK-35 away at Ilves on Friday
Edit: Limits have risen significantly and the value is still - or back - there.
******
PK-35 results are the most cheating in Veikkausliiga atm. They have controlled - or even dominated - all recent matches but the results lack behind.
For Friday 's away match at Tampere they welcome back Njazi Kuqi from a 7-match ban and also probably key mf Portela should be able to start after recovering from a long hand injury. If even captain Raimi might return it would have a huge boost.
In my papers PK-35 are the favourites to win this match at around 1.7 dnb and odds should drop towards match day strongly.
Odds easiest to get from Sportmarket, dnb is my fav hc for this.

Veikkausliiga 2010 final round
Snowy pitches today, and big stakes for most of the teams!
TamU - HJK
Both have some fringe players, and perhaps this would be beforehand most likely over match today, but I disagree; HJK start without Rafinha who Bah who would normally create a big portion of their goal chances, on the other hand they also replaced a cb and the gk to worse ones. TamU have a couple of players who not normally start. No pre-match bet, I might take HJK live if it is still a draw and they substitute in some big guns. For some reason HJK odds dropped after seeing the line-ups, and at 1.85 definitely not worth a bet.
MIFK - KuPS
in the end I took KuPS +0,25 @ 1.92 here. MIFK will check if their gk is fit to play, and the 2nd choice Långbacka has not played since the early season, and all in all MIFK lack dangerous strikers and have played poorly for a long time. A draw could suit them both, and MIFK are worth being big favourites here, if at all? Edit: Gk change confirmed.
Honka - Inter
No bet. Inter are always tough for Honka. Can not see where the Inter goal could be coming from, but it always does against Honka. Honka form has dropped alongside with the self-confidence of the strikers, but they still produce a lot of goal chances but can not convert. Rasimus in Honka starting 11 does not convince me, neither does Åkerlund at Inter.
Jaro - Oulu, hosts odds dropped to -0,25 @ 1.82 which is the correct price for it.
TPS - Lahti, I took Lahti +0,5 @ 2.11 but it might be a bit foolhardy and risky. Litmanen starts for Lahti and perhaps they do not give away the first half as they usually do, TPS were awful at HJK on Monday, and cb Nyberg is suspended. Lahti have been awful without Litmanen who usually comes in after 45 minutes, but with him they have earned a lot more points than the average teams. Edit: the TPS odds drop all the time, there might be big value in +0,5 soon!
MyPa - VPS. Visitors have usually done well vs. MyPa, today they need a draw and it is not far-fetched. At 0,25 I am not interested, the odds seem correct to me. Well, the VPS odds are rising all the time, at 0,25 @ 2.06 they are actually worth a bet on paper. My feeling does not that support that idea and I will forget this.
JJK - Haka. Hosts odds are rising and I can not say I specially like them as a team and they miss key defender Pasoja, but if the odds still rise pre-match from this 2.16 it will soon be too much. Might be worth a bet taking JJK live with risen odds or -0,25? Or not. I guess I will give this one a miss too no matter how hard I like to oppose Haka, who are almost safe here. After pondering this a long time, no bet. Edit: one late change for JJK line-up, Linjala gotten sick, Kari (not fully fit either?) replaces.
Live odds are often worth checking as there have been nice surprises. It is not at all uncommon to see odds rise from 2.00 to 2.40 in a matter of minutes, and in a round like this it does not mean there is any foul play or inside info, just some big boys have perhaps waited until live betting to get bigger stakes in, so give the odds a look if you have a chance.
There is possibility of some big drama and big goals as there are still 6 teams in threat of relegation, and Honka and Jaro fight for the last euro spot. Too bad there is not as interesting rounds always, but bettingewise this is not the easiest one. Good luck!
TamU - HJK

A lot of things are still out in the open. Interesting!
Only TamU - HJK is without any importance.
HJK 25 15 7 3 43-17 52
KuPS 25 14 3 8 43-35 45
TPS 25 12 6 7 43-28 42

AC Oulu 25 7 6 12 29-43 27
FC Lahti 25 5 11 9 24-34 26
Lahti need definitely at least 1 point away at TPS. TPS need to win and hope for KuPS to lose at MIFK. MIFK need to win to avoid relegation or play-offs for sure, JJK, Oulu need desperately points, Jaro are not going to give them out for free in the hope of an euro spot and Haka is not yet definitely safe either. Honka need to win Inter to be sure of an euro spot, but they have always struggled with Inter Turku. Delicious!

Busy Wednesday
Yep, this day could be very good or very bad, so big odds movements and pricing errors again that I had to take several picks.
Took all day to go through latest news, odds movements, rumours and unconfirmed suspensions and stuff.
In the end came up a with a few suggestions and perhaps will post some of them here when the Newsletter customers have made their bets.
HJK have Rafinha and Medo suspended, Tommi Kari is suspended from the visitors side and here are the line-ups.
HJK midfield worries me a bit and they are not worth a bet with current hc -1.5. Riihilahti & Fowler? Really? There is no option, this is hardly the most likely choice.
MIFK was a natural choice, the form, injuries, fixtures, travel.. everything speaks for the hosts, as well as class.
Even if I do not, then there will a break because of the league´s are on break here for the " Juhannus ", a mid-sommer celebration of light.
Next round will be on Wednesday the 30th, and in July there are also interesting Europa League matches and I might need to travel a bit to see them.
Good luck, have fun. Updates likely, not there are no guarantees.

I will publish some info, preview and line-up later. Also the address for the Veikkaus.fi free live stream, but it is also available widely at various streaming services. Looks like the only important missing player from KuPS is striker Ilja Venäläinen.
Lahti value is long gone, and I am rechecking Haka - KuPS right now. Lahti is a favourite now at the market which is a bit overstatement but I am happy with my Lahti +0,25 bet.
VPS - Lahti limits and lineups; VPS with several missing players and there seems to be no Litmanen in the Lahti starting line-up but no worries, he is on the bench ready to come and finish VPS off.

Waiting for Veikkausliiga line-ups
Honka prices have dropped now to -0.75 @ 1.93 and it is not worth it according to my first estimations, but perhaps things will change many timed before the kick-off. There are some good news at both camps, Honka midfield look fast and strong, TamU start with Pirinen instead of Kangaskolkka.
MyPa are still value. Obviously team news do not travel that fast from Pietarsaari. Matrone seems not to be suspended after all, looks like no one can keep tab of these and I have myself lost count at the cup rounds where no stats are available.

June previews and other free stuff
There will be still be some previews, but as the paying customers have the priority these will be published late and without detailed betting analysis.
Three Veikkausliiga matches today, probably will publish some of them later, but most lower division analysis will not be published because of the drastic market moves.

Veikkausliiga early estimations sheet proved to be a success!
The preview & fact sheet where all the factors are being evaluated lead to a success on the betting front.
Again.
The customers of the Newsletter grabbed good value picks both from the early lines and the latest odds movements and could basically just sit back and watch the odds moving to their favour and enjoy the games. There is a live & free stream tonight btw for Inter - FC Lahti at 17.30.
If you want to enjoy the local knowledge you should sign to the Newsletter now, the May Day promotion of € 40 for a month & € 20 for a two weeks trial period will be over on Tuesday 24.00 CET.
Here is how the Thursday data sheet looks like; the numbers in the sheet are limits of value, but the actual odds were at some point more than 10 % higher.
The Thursday early prices sheet is not all, far from it. Every match day there is a preview with updated data and a closer look at the game, here is a sample of Honka - IFK Mariehamn;
Naturally that is not all.
Lower league matches with very hard to find information are also discussed. These league offer ridiculously good value for those in the know. That is me, but it could also be you. There are still over 600 matches to be played in the lower leagues this season.
To sum it up there is a review of all Veikkausliiga on Tuesdays with stats and highlights.
Two matches tonight, Inter - FC Lahti and Tampere - MyPa, and one of the teams is good value now as we speak. Is it TamU? MyPa perhaps? Or 2008 champions Inter Turku? Do not guess, the info has already been published days ago. More details from puntteri@gmail.com

Haka - MIFK preview, the gem of the week
Haka (7.) – MIFK (4.)
Haka: 0-1-1-1-0-0
MIFK:1-3-3-1-0-3
H2H:8-0-4
Last game in Veikkausliiga: 17.06.09 IFK – Haka 2-1
Haka gave another horrid performance at Honka and without the magnificent saves by gk Janne Korhonen the scoreline would have been much worse than 2-0. The new coach Sami Ristilä has found absolutely nothing from the team and their strech of winless matches looks set to continue also against IFK who are still seriously fighting og the 3rd place in the league. IFK took a routine win 2-0 of visiting Lahti last week are also favourites against poor Haka.
The owner of Haka, mr Sedu Koskinen, a restaurant mogul have not made too many friends at Haka lately. His first piece of action last season was to sack Haka-legend Valeri Popovits who then found a new home at HJK, and last week he fired another legend, the coach Olli Huttunen who had served Haka for 32 years, while he was away with the national team. No respect for any traditions, and he has also continuosly put his nose in the selection of the players while he should only had been running the club which is his expertise. Money, not football. In the current state the players look like they are scared of doing anything, and there are more than two months since they last won a match.
IFK are still playing their defense-minded football where everyone knows exactly what his role is the team and go on with the team plan. They have been lacking killer instinct in front of the goal, but otherwise they have been absolutely the most solid and trustworthy team in the league and fully deserve to get something out of this season. Their dream of getting a spot in the european is justified, but there is no room to let the concentration and focus slip for a moment.
Haka have no new injury worries, but the new left – back from Ecuador Jhon Cagua 2/0 has been hazardeous and should be replaced by someone. By anyone to be more precise.
MIFK miss important df Paulus Arajuuri 19/1 and striker Sasha Anttilainen 12/1 due suspension, but there is depth in the squad for replacements. Johan Carlsson returns to the line-up after suspension.

Lahti - JJK preview
Lahti (11.) – JJK (13.)
Lahti: 3-0-0-0-0-0
JJK : 0-1-0-0-0-0
H2H:1-0-1
Last game in Veikkausliiga:17.06.09 JJK – Lahti 2-1
FC Lahti have been mostly playing for fun and experimenting with new players from the bench as there is practically nothing at stake for them in the league and they are waiting for the Cup quarter-finals. Last week they lost at Mariehamn 2-0, and as JJK got beaten at Inter Turku by 3-0 the form of both teams looks very miserable. Lahti have lost last 5 and JJK last 4 games in a row.
JJK need desperately more points, but looks like the manager Ville Priha has also lost his nerves and has started toying with line-up with no success, but has managed to confuse his team and the fans. JJK have not gained any points in the last five games and quite deservedly so as they look like they are in wrong league, but they have a change of survival and the best possible opponents are exactly teams like Lahti who have lost interest of league completely.
Lahti need to straighten up, and fortunately for their supporters Lahti lost the first round game at JJK and get some extra motivation out of revenge. Important mf Jari Litmanen has been resting lately and has not been with the team a lot but instead stayed at his home in Tallinn, Estonia, but might take a role once more in the Lahti line-up.
No new injury worries for Lahti.
JJK are in desperate need of points and only the awful form of RoPS has kept JJK on the play-off spot for survival instead of dropping to the straight relegation zone. There is no more room for chasing their luck and hoping that RoPS do not get any more points, and every single match of late has been like a title game for them, and JJK have lost them all. The performances have not been good enough to even dream of any points, despite having no injury worries at all.

Out: 21 Toni Koskela 17/0 for the rest of the season

Betting: I need to see the actual line-up of Lahti before deciding, but the quality difference between the teams is way bigger than the current standings might say.
