Portugal - Finland

The match is under way at the moment. The Finnish starting eleven is almost as good it can ever be with the ever-green legend Jari Litmanen starting as a playmaker and reaching his 120th cap. Unbelievabe player and person, very careful with his public image and appearences but magical with the ball since the mid-90´s.

The results against the Portuguese have been good lately, a couple of draws and one astonishing win 4-1 away some years back.

I better concentrate on the game now, the only bet is a fantasy bet that Spain scores more against England than Portugal in this game.

Actually I am tempted to take a draw live, the game seems even enough now, 4.4 @ Betfair when 20 minutes have been played.

Finland;Jussi Jääskeläinen, Toni Kallio, Hannu Tihinen, Sami Hyypiä (C), Petri Pasanen, Joonas Kolkka, Roman Eremenko, Markus Heikkinen, Jonatan Johansson, Jari Litmanen, Mikael Forssell

On the bench;
Niki Mäenpää (gk), Veli Lampi, Juha Pasoja, Daniel Sjölund, Tim Sparv, Shefki Kuqi, Tomi Petrescu, Berat Sadik, Juha Hakola

  1. 57 min played and I am getting cold feet, maybe the wisest thing would be to sell the draw now at 2.5

    Possession is all Portugal now that Litmanen & Forssell have been substituted.

  2. 78 min penalty which is easily converted by Cristiano Ronaldo.

    I might take the draw again now at 15 with a small stake to have some fun.

    Hakola gets in, I have talked about him earlier.
