KuPS - RoPS in the league cup today

Markets are a bit confused about this, and for a reason.

• KuPS had a badly weakened line-up last week away at Oulu and far from ideal also today,
•  RoPS have been in the centre of match fixing allegations lately (sic) and the markets have reacted accordingly
• This is the first home match for KuPS this season, also first time outdoors
• RoPS did get their full squad together only some time ago as most of the players are African and they did not stay the winter at Rovaniemi
• KuPS -1.15 @ 2 now, could go either way with or without a reason, but represents definitely no value if the starting line-up is the same it was last week
• RoPS did fight a 1-1 draw last week at home, and they have enough talent in the squad to give a match against any team in the league if they so wish.

No bet from me at the moment, need to see actual line-ups and follow how the markets react today.
