The strange sounding schedule is due to UEFA EURO Women 2013 in Sweden in the summer and there is a long break during that because Finland is also taking part.
The local media season previews talk about 3 title candidates, or in some case only two but I can reveal the big secret here now:
Åland United
have the most superior women´s team ever in Finland and will win the title hands down humiliating the opponents under way. Adeline Engman to score ridiculous amounts of goals this season, not only because she is good but the service to strikers will be outstanding. 50 goals?
PK-35 & Honka are the other forementioned top-teams in the previews.
Schedule
One of my favourites leagues really during sunny summer afternoons, hopefully the bookies understand to put the league on offer on regular basis.
