Veikkausliiga rankings 2015

Creating a ranking for leagues like Veikkausliiga is a pain. Most clubs are so short of material that any key injuries may have a massive effect, there are dozens of new foreigners coming in just before the season, and in August the best performed players may leave the club as the transfer window opens again.

However this season there is a consensus of how it goes in the top-2 and in the bottom-4, the rest are all more or less equal.

In the table below there is a ranking of a local sports paper and a few others just to give you an idea. It is not important whose rankings they are and almost everyone more or less agrees, although there are still people who believe a lot in FC Lahti. We will see how it goes.
