Tampere United will be kicked out of the league

More details to follow, but at the moment it looks like that while playing with fire TamU did burn theír fingers and the Veikkausliiga is going to drop them from the league. It is not quite yet official, but if this happens the league schedule will probably be re-written.

The league will start April 28th - perhaps?

There will be new decisions published on Tuesday and there have been news and rumours of several farcical options including another merger with TamU and Ilves, I guess it is better wait and see what will happen, sometimes the behaviour of the FA is extrelemy unpredictable.
