Veikkausliiga match fixing

Noticed that there were several google searches with the topic above, and in the end google also had found my site.

A couple of words;

Yes. There have been some fixed matches during all these years. Most of them are just known and no one in particular has been found  or proved guilty, and there are also a couple of attempts which failed. Last one of them regarding JJK goalkeeper Szerovay who did not take part in it but helped to catch the poor Hungarian middle man instead.

All leagues with a lot of betting interest and reasonably small pay-checks are vulnerable in all countries, but match-fixing in Finland not as common as it is believed in some betting forums.

However, as the market moves are here quite big it is common place to start shouting " a fix" and spread the rumour about the match thus moving the markets even further.

It is essential to know the true probabilities of the match and keep the head calm, then you can sit back and enjoy the market moves for nice value bets and arbitrages if you so wish.

Today for example in the cup match JJK - KuPS the odds of KuPS have dropped from +0,5 @ 2 to 0,5 @ 1.75, but there is nothing shady. The markets were just wrong when opening the odds as they have very little knowledge of this far away country with impossible language.

The Newsletter customers are always the first to know what goes on in here, and they are the true market movers.
