VPS – Haka 2-1 (1-0)

Contrary to my thoughts this was not so bad, but an early goal for VPS might have been the saviour. VPS let Haka control the ball worryingly much, but in the end kept them away from good goal-chances and did look dangerous themselves. Shots 12-15, corners 1-6. The market started fancying Haka for an unknown reason to me, maybe it is seen as a big club.

MyPa – KuPS 1-1 (0-0)

A deserved draw in my understanding and the reports say Konsta Hietanen for MyPa is hitting form. 22-14 shots, 9-8 corners. KuPS gk Joonas Pöntinen got injured, but Mikko Vilmunen can replace him. KuPS were resting Dickson for cup, or perhaps he just is not able to play a lot with his injuries? Haka – KuPS on Thursday in the cup, early eurobookers prices for KuPS look a bit silly, but they will also direct the asian odds and we will probably hit KuPS with a nice handicap.

TPS – MIFK 1-4 (0-1)

Early goal for MIFK opened the gates, and they have started the climb after a poor start in the league. Shots 17-20, corners 10-4. TPS are hugely critizized by their fans and the main target is the manager Marko Rajamäki. The material is far better than this. IFK early prices were really a treat!

HJK - Jaro 2-1 (1-0)

HJK prices dropped in the end, which is the usual trend with big clubs are involved. Peter Magnusson´s direct red card is a big problem, HJK are short of center-backs and the possible choices are mf Cheyne Fowler or Klubi04 youngster Valtteri Moren, I would prefer the young man. HJK host VPS on Thursday in the cup and perhaps it is not as clear home win as one would think?

JJK – Inter 0-3 (0-3)

Inter forgot their ball-possession style of play but hit with counter-attacks three times in the first half. Shots 10-5, corners 8-4. Henri Lehtonen will miss MIFK match in the cup because of suspension but Timo Furuholm returns from suspension, only to hit the operation table. Injured.

AC Oulu – Honka 2-0 (2-0)

Another good Oulu display and a bit shy Honka away performance. Honka had some late injuries but it was not decisive, they still have enough options. All late team news were favouring Oulu, but the market saw it differently. Shots 8-10, corners 3-4.

TamU – Lahti 0-0

Lahti have the ability to play goalless draws when the match really does not look like it at all. Both had their chances again for a win. Shots 8-13, corners 4-6.
