Ykkönen 2010 finished - welcome RoPS!

The winner wins promotion, the runner-up Viikingit will face 13th of Veikkausliiga (MIFK, Oulu, Lahti, VPS, or JJK) in a 2-leg promotion play-off. 3 bottom get relegated to division 2 - (Kakkonen) for 2011. The one promoted team from Kakkonen still undecided, it is one of HIFK, Santa Claus or Ilves in that order of probability. Ykkönen 2011 will be a season of  "death", there are only 12 teams and 5 will get relegated straight away, and the winner will have to face a play-off as a new system will be introduced.
