The hottest players on this list are naturally young players and because of the success of the U21 team the most talked-about players are from that team. It is widely expected that a chosen few will have a professional deal in Sweden or Norway after the U21 Euro finals in Sweden June-July 2009.
My chosen ones are at least these following young talents.
Juha Hakola, a winger from Flora Tallinn who is about to be transferred to Heracles Almelo in the Dutch Eredivision when the transfer window opens. Skilful player with leadership qualities. ---edit---Hakola made his debut 17.1.2009 and played the whole 90 minutes as a left winger. The game against Den Haag away ended with a 2-2 result.
Mika Ojala from the Champions Fc Inter Turku. He was chosen the midfieldplayer of the Year 2008. Transfermarkt.co.uk sets his price to around 1750.000 euros.
Tuomo Turunen an all-around though defensive player from the runners-up Fc Honka. Transfermarkt.co.uk sets his price to around 750.000 euros.
Nicholas Otaru unfortunately injured at the moment and recovering from an operation but Otaru from Fc Honka is hugely impressive work-horse in the midfield. 400.000.
Lauri Dalla Valle. One could say he has already been scouted as he plays with Fc Liverpool reserves but still unknown youngster who is provably the most promising talent ever, at least after Jari Litmanen some 20 years ago. Unknown.
Teemu Pukki is still waiting for his debut for Sevilla but it should not take long now. A striker with confidence. Unknown.
No list is complete without some surprises and my contribution here is Eetu Kokkinen from 2nd division Hyvinkään Palloseura. You will hear more of him in the seasons to come! Unknown.
